Eatwell Exchange Website Audit

A case study

Eatwell Exchange is an organisation that aims to provide teaching and training to lower socioeconomic communities to instil in them both the knowledge and confidence they need to eat a nutritious diet within their own food culture. In doing so, they plan on ending the generational cycle of negative health outcomes in low-income communities through nutrition education. They requested that I Audit their existing website, which I did in the form of a full Audit Report (image below).

I audited the website fully, leaving no stone unturned. At the end, a full, detailed report of 11 pages was written and handed over to the organisation. The report contained all the problems found, as well as suggested solutions and how to best implement them. The organisation had their own team of designers to handle the website, and my Audit helped the team discover hidden issues and immediately go about resolving all of them. According to the organisation, my Audit had saved them an estimated $3,052.
